Position Description :
We are seeking a Sales Manager who is highly familiar with the media agency ecosystem to promote and deliver LINE’s marketing solutions — including LINE Advertisements and LINE API — to media agencies and advertisers.
Beyond strong professional expertise, the ideal candidate must be able to speak the same language as media agencies and demonstrate the ability to independently craft and deliver proposals that support client business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the contract period.
- Sell LINE Account Ads (Official Account, Point Ad, LSP, API, and AGP) and LINE Display Ads (LINE Today/ LINE Ad Platform).
- Execute and adapt sales strategies according to market trends and client needs.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and lead Agency workshops for advertisers and agencies.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with key media agencies, ensuring close collaboration and alignment on business objectives.
- Independently prepare tailored proposals and provide consultative solutions to support client campaigns.
- Identify, prioritize, and close business opportunities with advertisers and agency partners to meet annual sales targets.
- Support agency partners and provide guidance and solutions for agencies in serving their brand clients.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital advertising.
- Deep understanding of the media agency ecosystem and proven track record of collaboration with agencies.
- Ability to independently develop proposals and provide consultative recommendations to clients.
- Familiarity with Mar-tech and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong adaptability and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to make an immediate impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across teams to align and fulfill client needs.
