Responsibilities

  • Drive and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Thailand market, ensuring alignment with regional and global business goals to maximize impact for LINE Official Account, LINE Ads, and Crossed Products
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional product teams, collaborating closely with global product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans
  • Serve as the local product authority, bringing deep market knowledge and insights into the product development process to ensure local relevance and product spec design
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to shape differentiated product offerings that meet evolving customer needs in the TH market
  • Champion local product strategy and clearly articulate business value and intent to global teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of priorities
  • Lead the definition of execution plans, including product release schedules, milestone tracking, legal and security reviews, and proactive resolution of blockers to ensure smooth delivery governance
  • Foster a culture of customer-centric innovation, generating and validating ideas that bring meaningful value to users and drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and manage a systematic feedback loop, ensuring that user insights, internal stakeholder feedback, and market signals are continuously integrated into product development
  • Drive prioritization frameworks that balance strategic objectives, customer impact, and technical feasibility, while communicating clear rationale behind trade-offs and decisions
  • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, setting clear guardrails, enabling constructive debates, and aligning stakeholders on outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance against key business and product metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued success
  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior product managers, contributing to team development and capability building
  • Maintain a strong focus on execution excellence, ensuring high product quality within time, scope, and resource constraints

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, business, advertising, marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 15+ years of working experience in product management, product positioning and forecasting, or consultancy in these fields
  • Effective communication skills in Thai and English to facilitate the smooth conveyance of information to cross-functional teams
  • Experience in analysing and evaluating acquired information with various analytic tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising business and advertising technologies
  • Experience managing multiple product backlogs and facilitating prioritization discussions with a diverse group of stakeholders
