Marketing Manager
LINE Pay Growth Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Manager with strong promotional marketing communication skills, including copywriting, content packaging, and data-driven thinking.
As a Marketing Manager in the Growth Marketing Team, you will be responsible for planning and producing compelling campaign messages and promotional narratives that drive user awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires not only creativity in shaping effective communication angles for promotional activities, but also the ability to evaluate content performance and optimize for better results.

Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal key visual themes and campaign-level messaging directions in collaboration with Design teams, based on quarterly plans and promotional goals.
- Plan and execute campaign content strategies for LINE Pay’s promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice, user journey, and business objectives.
- Coordinate and brief internal/external exposure channels (e.g. in-app banners, partner placements), ensuring timely and consistent execution of promotional content based on campaign schedules.
- Monitor content performance using internal dashboards and analytics tools; identify insights to inform future strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on key messages, layouts, or creatives to improve conversion and user engagement based on data-driven learnings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Account Managers, Design team, Branding team, CS team) and contribute content expertise throughout campaign planning and execution.
- Support media planning by aligning content strategy with paid media efforts when needed (not core responsibility), and coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, copywriting, or related fields, with proven experience in campaign content development.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messages across different channels and audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content improvements.
- Experience with end-to-end project delivery, strong communication, problem-solving skills, believer in data-driven approaches, and a quick learner .
- A good team player with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
