In this role, you will be working in a highly dynamic environment involving agency development team members that will require your decision and input in order to drive the assigned short-term project forward and on track. You will dive deeply into LINE's core business, understand its operations, and find room for improvement and optimization.
What You Will Do
- Extract and analyze media agency partners’ spending data to develop monthly and quarterly reports
- Analyze the media agency partners’ performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Analyze the revenue impact of existing special/partnership projects with key agencies
- Analyze the agencies’ responses to special/partnership projects and suggest more effective strategies to enhance client engagement and market share
- Collaborate with team members to obtain input to meet project goals and objectives
- Develop understanding of the company’s products to meet the agencies’ current and future needs
What You Will Gain
- Skills in data analysis to develop action plans and achieve team goals
- Understanding of market trends in digital advertising (both Official Account Ads and Display Ads) purchased through top agency partners in Thailand
- Understanding of LINE's core business process and subsequently the ability to implement tasks with minimal instructions while taking necessary initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business is a plus.
- Outstanding record of academic achievements, with interest in digital technology, digital products and services, e-commerce, etc.
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Exceptional project management, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Fast learning and passion to win
