Corporate Business - Display Ads Product Manager
Position Description :
The Senior Display Ads Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of display advertising products—spanning both guaranteed and programmatic formats—from planning and execution to launch and continuous optimization. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, product innovation, and platform efficiency through strategic development and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and data.
The ideal candidate is both visionary and data-driven, capable of aligning product strategy with business objectives, identifying emerging trends within the display advertising landscape, and transforming opportunities into scalable, high-impact features. A solid understanding of monetization models, programmatic technologies, and data-driven decision-making is essential.
Candidates should bring over five years of experience in digital advertising and product management, with a demonstrated track record of successful product launches, cross-functional leadership, and analytical problem-solving. Bilingual communication skills (Mandarin and English) and familiarity with major ad platforms such as LINE Ads Platform (LAP), DV360, or Meta Ads are highly preferred to support both local execution and regional collaboration.
Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of both guaranteed and bidding-based display ad products—including feature planning, roadmap execution, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Define product strategies that balance advertiser value, platform efficiency, and revenue growth through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive movements in the display ecosystems to guide product innovation.
- Partner with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure product scalability, operational readiness, and alignment with local market needs.
- Support traffic monetization efforts by monitoring ad placement performance, revenue efficiency, and ad format optimization.
- Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and external users to inform clear, actionable product requirements.
- Align product initiatives with long-term business goals and platform evolution strategies.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, product management, ad platform development
- Strong understanding of guaranteed and programmatic ad ecosystems, including campaign logic, delivery mechanisms, and pricing models.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product roadmaps from ideation to launch.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, especially in articulating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience managing or contributing to RMN or commerce media products is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LINE Ads Platform (LAP), DV360, Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads, or similar programmatic systems is a plus.
