Position Description:
- Review Goal Management: Define operational goals for the review team, confirm execution plans, and monitor results.
- Review Quality Management: Ensure service quality and performance achievement of the review team, driving continuous improvement.
- Workforce Optimization: Develop training programs and documentation, provide systematic training and follow-ups, and enhance reviewer efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Data Tracking & Trend Forecasting: Manage performance through data-driven methods, analyze demand and supply variations, anticipate trends, and propose workforce allocation strategies.
- Complex Case Handling: Address complex cases or special requirements by listening to stakeholder needs and developing solutions that balance multiple perspectives.
- Process Standardization: Establish standardized workflows and consistent evaluation criteria in line with review regulations.
- Knowledge Sharing & Standard Building: Host regular case discussions to encourage experience sharing, foster consensus, continuously optimize workflows, and develop common standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant review experience; proficient in review system operations.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to transform data insights into actionable process optimization initiatives with successful implementation results.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent coordination skills and strong ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Personal Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and equipped with strong logical thinking skills.
