This position serves as a key driver to accelerate the growth of LINE Official Account and related products (e.g., MyShop, MyCustomer / CRM, etc.). The role requires a full market specialist in assigned industries to develop strategic plans and execute hands-on initiatives to achieve monthly revenue KPIs. The position will collaborate closely with external partners and internal cross-functional teams such as LINE Ads, Legal, Compliance, Event, Marketing and Communications, Finance, PIA, and CC.
Responsibilities
- Understand SME Market and LINE for Business Solutions such as LINE Official Account, MyShop, MyCustomer / CRM, LINE Ads, etc.; continuously gather insights and research from SME reports and consumer trends.
- Gather data to analyze and identify market opportunities in specific industries such as Travel, Home & Living, Tech & Gadget, etc.
- Develop and initiate go-to-market strategies for both top-potential and long-tail (mass) accounts to achieve monthly revenue targets with positive ROI.
- Prioritize and lead each activity to ensure end-to-end plans are well executed.
- Develop educational content and event materials for targeted industry seller groups to highlight key benefits of LINE for Business solutions
- Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with partners to create win-win outcomes.
- Communicate updates on product releases or campaigns to relevant market segments.
- Develop B2B or B2B2C campaigns or activities (e.g., seller success videos) to drive revenue in specific industries when required.
- Work closely with Marketing Activation and other cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement, Compliance, PR, Media Planning, etc.) to ensure timely and seamless execution.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in e-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with a solid understanding of online business, digital marketing, advertising, technology, and the SME market.
- Have experience working in or managing an SME online business.
- 1+ year of team management experience.
- Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies, business needs, and challenges, design solutions, and effectively communicate them to customers and markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Keynote.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required.
- Strong “can-do” attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and naturally curious about how things work.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and flexible hours (occasional after-hours support may be required).
- Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
