Team: Legal - Corporate & Content

 

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to corporate and content business functions to support face-paced operations
• Partner with business teams to align legal guidance with operational goals and risk management priorities
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts for new initiatives and corporate/content business matters
• Ensure all agreements comply with legal requirements and reflect the company’s business objectives
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and emerging issues impacting the company
• Deliver internal training sessions to enhance legal and regulatory awareness across teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and regulatory authorities to facilitate effective collaboration and risk management
• Manage and execute various legal matters and projects as assigned

 

Basic Qualifications

• Licensed attorney qualified to practice law in Thailand
• Bachelor’s degree in law
• 7+ years of experience in a reputable law firm and/or corporate legal department
• Solid background in contract management, with experience in M&A, intellectual property, employment, corporate laws, or regulatory compliance considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of technology regulations, platform liability, and emerging digital business models
• Excellent command of English and Thai, both written and spoken

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree from an accredited foreign law school
• Work experience in the technology or digital industry
• Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver practical legal advice in a dynamic environment
• Effective communicator able to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal audiences
• Trusted advisor capable of influencing senior leadership decisions
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player
