What You Will Do 

• Support Talent Development team in the creation, coordination, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives 

• Assist in content development by helping to design presentations, create training materials, and research new learning methodologies and trends 

• Contribute to project management by helping to organize project timelines, track progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently 

• Support data analysis by collecting and analyzing feedback from training sessions, helping to measure the effectiveness of programs, and providing insights for improvement 

• Maintain and update the online learning platform by uploading training materials, managing user accounts, and ensuring content is easily accessible 

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling communication with internal teams and external vendors 

 

What You Will Gain

What We Are Looking For 

• Willingness to learn and pursue in Human Resources Development (HRD) or Learning and Development (L&D) field  

• Ability to be self-learning and plan the learning experience  

• Ability to self-lead projects effectively and drive for expect results 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
