What You Will Do
- Support Talent Development team in the creation, coordination, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives
- Assist in content development by helping to design presentations, create training materials, and research new learning methodologies and trends
- Contribute to project management by helping to organize project timelines, track progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Support data analysis by collecting and analyzing feedback from training sessions, helping to measure the effectiveness of programs, and providing insights for improvement
- Maintain and update the online learning platform by uploading training materials, managing user accounts, and ensuring content is easily accessible
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling communication with internal teams and external vendors

What We Are Looking For
- Willingness to learn and pursue in Human Resources Development (HRD) or Learning and Development (L&D) field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
