Team/Position Description
Corporate Business Team focuses on providing LINE Biz-Solutions to the Taiwan market.
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager who can bridge industry needs with the full potential of the LINE ecosystem.
This role goes beyond traditional sales. It requires the ability to identify industry opportunities; architect customized digital and AI-enabled solutions and translate complex client needs into scalable business models that drive long-term growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong business development capability with solution strategy thinking and ecosystem-level vision.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Industry Growth
Own and expand business opportunities across key industries (E-commerce, Automotive, Telecommunications, Food Delivery, and Public Sector).
Identify high-impact opportunities and develop scalable growth strategies within the LINE ecosystem.
- Architect Integrated Ecosystem Solutions
Translate complex client needs into customized, platform-driven solutions leveraging LINE’s ecosystem capabilities, including digital, data, and AI-enabled services.
Lead consultative engagements to define solution frameworks that create measurable business value.
- Lead End-to-End Commercial Execution
Drive full-cycle business development from opportunity identification to deal closure and long-term partnership growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and sustainable revenue generation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, consulting, or platform-based digital business.
- Candidates with experience participating in or assisting with AI project development are preferred.
- Strong background in digital transformation, SaaS, and AI-related technologies.
- Experience successfully completing complex solution-oriented transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior executives.
- English proficiency: Intermediate to upper-intermediate level or above.
