Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the strategic direction for LINE TODAY, LINE VOOM, LINE OpenChat, and LINE Wallet; develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, which is aligned with overall company objectives
• Collaborate with Leads, Directors, and C-levels with data-driven insights to drive directions for existing and new products
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends
• Track and analyze performance metrics related to service KPIs; deep dive into data across diverse products, channels, and customer segments to uncover actionable insights
• Oversee the development and execution of project plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and service teams, to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in financial analysis, project management, management consulting, or related fields (Experience or knowledge in marketing and/or digital media is an advantage.)
• Strong leadership and high accountability, with the ability to develop close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Extremely good proficiency with numbers and experience in building complex business/financial models
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Experience with analytics platforms is a plus.)
• Expert analytical skills (especially quantitative)
• Ability to work well in a very fast-moving environment with tight schedule
• Passion for LINE products and services
• Fluency in Thai and English (both speaking and writing)
