About the Job
We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Platform Operations Assistant Manager specializing in CRM (Customer Relationship Management). This position will work closely with our team in Thailand as well as global stakeholders and cross-functional teams at WEBTOON headquarter in South Korea.
As a key part of our platform operations, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly through data analysis and CRM strategies. If you love working with data and have a knack for problem-solving, this role could be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and implement CRM campaigns that can enhance user behaviour based on data and insights
- Curate content that aligns with user preferences based on data and qualitative insights
- Create visually appealing pop-ups, banners, and engaging in-app events for users to participate in
- Write compelling copy that enhances the appeal of WEBTOON's content
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends of user behaviour and CRM campaigns to gain insights, and take action based on the data and insights
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost engagement and platform growth
- Gather and assess reader feedback to continuously improve the user experience
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline day-to-day operations
- Quickly understand and respond to readers' needs, shaping actions to meet the KPIs
Basic Qualifications
- Strong passion for WEBTOON, social trends, and pop culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Platform Operations, CRM/Growth, or a related field
- Ability to quickly pivot actions quickly based on the trends of platform key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative, solution-focused approach
- Unwavering positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work seamlessly across teams and departments
- Familiarity with key tools such as Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software
- Comfortable working with and analyzing data to drive decision-making
- Native proficiency in Thai and professional proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis and deriving insights
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
