Investor Relations and Strategic Investment Associate

Serve as a key support to the Investor Relations and Strategic Investment team by assisting with internal reports, investment research, presentation preparation, and cross-functional communication to drive efficient execution of our capital markets strategy and external outreach.

 

Responsibilities

  • Draft, design, and refine IR decks, annual reports, and investor-meeting materials
  • Coordinate and support investor conference calls, one-on-one meetings, and earnings-call logistics
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other departments to execute on capital-markets initiatives
  • Prepare decision-support materials for the Board of Directors and senior management
  • Participate in special projects such as M&A evaluations, capital allocation, or new market feasibility studies

 

Required Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: TOEIC  ≥ 860 (or equivalent), with the ability to independently draft high-quality English business reports and presentations
  • Presentation Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, or equivalent tools. Strong sense for layout design and data visualization
  • Communication & Coordination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at synthesizing cross-functional information and managing competing priorities

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in investment banking, securities, asset management, or corporate IR
  • Familiarity with financial modeling (DCF, relative valuation, etc.) and capital-raising processes
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Japanese, Korean)
  • Gather, organize, and analyze financial data, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic investment insights
  • Maintain and update the investor database and CRM system to ensure complete, up-to-date communication records
