It leverages LINE's friend list to help users send or receive gifts to and from friends, family, or anyone around them, thereby enhancing their relationships. Users can use LINE Gift to express their thoughts and feelings towards others in their daily lives by choosing to send electronic coupons or delivery goods.

 

Development Direction

Encouraging Taiwanese users to express their feelings instantly and bring each other closer through the act of gifting, making gift-giving a daily habit among Taiwanese users, just like using stickers to communicate. The vision is that when people give gifts, the world becomes a better place for everyone.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance growth and annual planning of key brands.
  • Responsible for the performance of the cosmetics&maintenance industry in LINE giftshop through combinations of marketing operations, assist both parties in the gift-giving market development and GMV goals.
  • Key Account Management, manage and maintain relationship with existing merchants.
  • Explore retail brand digital AD needs through direct sales or channel sales.
  • Achieve assigned sale target. Evaluate and develop sales activity plan of Key accounts and under performance situations.
  • Work cross-functionally within LINE and E-Commerce organizations to Achieve better efficiency and increase overall performance.
  • Review, analyze and follow-up the sales performance and ROI.
 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years working experience. E-commerce related experience is a must.
  • Experience of B2C platform category manager is particularly good.
  • Strong capability in defining marketing and business development strategy and plan, customer relationship management, and managing revenue, understand, communicate, and effectively interact with people.
  • Strong team player and ability to problem solve, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
