Team: Security Engineering

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide information security strategy that aligns with business objectives
• Evaluate and address security risks within the organization, ensuring effective mitigation measures
• Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards
• Streamline security decision-making processes to enhance organizational agility and resilience
• Foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization
• Build and develop the team, focusing on enhancing expertise, skills, and overall competency
• Collaborate closely with other departments to integrate security across all business processes
• Regularly report on the status of information security programs to management
• Collaborate with global security management to report, update, and coordinate security initiatives, ensuring alignment with expected security standards and requirements
• Oversee and optimize the allocation of investments and budget for information security initiatives

 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in information security, with an emphasis on security leadership, strategic planning, governance, policy development, data protection, and risk evaluation
• Familiarity with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) or Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS) and their practices
• Solid understanding of modern IT and computer infrastructure, as well as the evolving threat landscape
• Strong knowledge of internet protocols, messaging platforms, web/mobile services, and encryption technologies, with technical expertise focused on security engineering
• Deep organizational capabilities, especially in influence, collaboration, and communication
• Ability to present information security topics to executives and varied stakeholders, addressing both technical and business perspectives
• Capability in establishing, coaching, and expanding the skill set of the Security Engineering team
• Team-oriented leader who actively collaborates with team members and is willing to engage in day-to-day activities
• Professional proficiency in both Thai and English

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Information security certificates, such as CISSP, CISM, or related information security certifications
• Experience working in a multinational organization and technology company
• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean language
