Brand Communications Manager
This role is pivotal to strengthening LINE Thailand’s brand presence across all touchpoints by developing and executing brand communication strategies and campaigns. You will shape how LINE is perceived by users, business partners, and the public — building emotional connection through compelling storytelling, consistent messaging, and integrated brand narratives.
Your responsibility includes leading cross-channel communication campaigns that bring the LINE brand to life in a locally relevant yet globally aligned way. You will ensure all communications reflect LINE’s voice, values, and visual identity while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into strong brand experiences.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and executional excellence in brand communications — especially in the digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement brand communication strategies that enhance LINE Thailand’s brand value and consistency across all audience touchpoints
- Lead the development of integrated brand campaigns with strong creative storytelling, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and identity
- Translate business goals and product unique selling points (USPs) into meaningful brand narratives that resonate with target audiences
- Act as the brand guardian to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, sales, marketing, PR, etc.) to ensure cohesive brand messaging across the organization
- Create and oversee content for brand channels — including digital, social, events, and internal communications — with a focus on clarity and impact
- Plan and execute brand-led initiatives and events that strengthen brand affinity and engagement
- Monitor brand perception, user sentiment, and market trends to inform future campaigns and messaging strategies
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, media, influencers, and external partners to amplify brand visibility
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and brand KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations based on insights and data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in branding, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in communications, with at least 2-3 years in brand communications, brand management, or brand strategy
- Deep understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, brand architecture, and visual identity systems
- Proven ability to lead and execute cross-channel brand campaigns (online, offline, social, events, etc.)
- Strong writing, storytelling, and conceptual skills with attention to detail
- Strategic and creative mindset with a passion for brand building and innovation
- Experience in analyzing brand health metrics, user insights, and campaign performance data
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in tech, digital platform, or consumer brand environments is an advantage.
