This position would play a critical role in the Marketing team of LINE Thailand by leading the development of Integrated Marketing Communication/Holistic Communication campaigns to promote LINE products and services. Under your responsibility, you will not only lead integrated marketing communication plans but also ensure all campaigns are imbued with strong creativity and appeal to our users through both offline and online communication. This role will also be pivotal in shaping and strengthening the LINE brand image across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate should bring expertise in brand communication, brand storytelling, and user engagement to help define and elevate how the brand is perceived by users, business partners, and the public.
You will also be part of the development of digital marketing ideas, strategies, plans, and executions across marketing channels and media performance strategy to identify the most effective and efficient ways to grow the business (i.e., acquisition and engagement), specifically focusing on unconventional low-cost but high-impact alternative marketing methods instead of buying advertising through traditional media.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning
- Define and execute brand communication strategies that build, reinforce, and elevate LINE Thailand's brand image and value across all audience segments
- Ensure all campaigns and materials align with brand guidelines, voice, tone, and visual identity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear, compelling brand narratives and user-centric communication
- Create compelling content for print, digital, website, and social media platforms to effectively reach target audiences
- Act as a brand guardian, maintaining brand consistency across campaigns, internal communications, and external touchpoints
- Lead initiatives to gather and analyze brand insights, customer perceptions, and competitive landscape to inform future communication strategies
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches
- Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless execution of events to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Analyze event and campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work closely with all internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align communication efforts with overall business goals
- Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to maximize exposure and collaboration opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, with at least 2–3 years focused on brand communications or brand strategy
- Proven experience in developing integrated communication plans and managing multi-channel campaigns (online, offline, PR, events, etc.)
- Strong understanding of branding principles, visual identity systems, and brand architecture
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of creativity and attention to detail
- Experience in analyzing campaign or brand performance metrics and using insights to optimize future plans
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in tech, digital platforms, or consumer product environments is a plus.
