Responsibilities

  • Lead sales revenue initiatives for LINE Ads with a focus on medium-to-small media agencies
  • Develop and sustain relationships with medium-to-small media agencies
  • Plan and implement marketing activities and programs to enhance engagement and drive sales spending with agencies, helping them maximize the benefits of LINE Ads and LINE ecosystem (such as sales program training, workshops, and events)
  • Monitor and analyze market trends; collaborate with internal teams (PMO, Product, Finance, etc.) to develop solutions to address any changes

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Advertising, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry
  • 2+ years of experience with digital bidding media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google AdWords and TikTok Ads
  • Experience with well-known analytics tools in the market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong sales skills with a communication, negotiation, and proactive approach to engage with media agencies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building mutually beneficial relationships with clients and media agencies
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines and limited resources
  • Fluency in both Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
