LINE Taiwan is looking for legal counsel, as an in-house legal consultant, to support its operations in Taiwan as well as the global collaboration with its affiliates and partners.

Responsibilities
- Provide qualified legal service and consultation to various departments and business teams, including corporate law issues, digital platform issues, dispute resolution, various service advisory and local legal research.
- Review legal documents (including contracts, mostly in English) relating to LINE Taiwan business and/or its affiliates business, provide the adequate comments accordingly and make applicable modification for the best interest of company but also accommodating the business needs.
- Support ad-hoc projects and requests for the Legal Department.Support of legal administrative affairs.

Basic Qualifications
- A law related degree with proficiency in English, verbal and written.
- An attorney license in Taiwan/US or in other country is a plus.
Experiences
- 3-7 years of legal practice in law firms and/or in-house is required.

- Well-organized and able to manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously in a timely manner.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on various topics from the complex matters to daily routine tasks.

- Must be able to co-work with related cross-functional global teams.
