As a LINE Pay Customer Service Representative, you'll be the 2nd tier representative taking responsibility for user/merchant inquiries, enhance user experience, create customer loyalty. We are looking for a team member with passionate, professional work experience in communication to join us.
Responsibilities
- Follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline work tasks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration is required. Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service efficiency.
- Acting as customer advocated to find better solution of customer journey in each project.
- Tracking, monitoring customer feedbacks in the market.
Qualifications
- BS degree or above
- Have great CH/EN ability.
- Have good understanding of user communication.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
