As the PMO & Strategy Senior Manager (Corporate Finance & Strategic Projects), you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall financial and strategic direction of the organization. You will be responsible for consolidating revenue and P&L across all business units, providing critical insights for decision-making, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. Reporting directly to the PMO & Strategy Director, you will be a key contributor to LINE Thailand’s growth and success.
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Forecasting:
- Consolidate and analyze the overall revenue and P&L for LINE Thailand, providing a comprehensive view of the company's financial performance
- Develop and maintain accurate revenue projections and P&L forecasts, utilizing data-driven methodologies and financial modeling
- Present clear and concise financial reports and insights to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making
Business Analysis for Strategic Projects:
- Craft and refine the overall strategic direction for LINE Thailand, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business performance
Global Alignment:
- Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives and reporting standards
- Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making at both local and global levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, management consulting, or related fields
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis, revenue forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial and strategic information to diverse audiences
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve cross-functional issues and improve operational processes
- Extremely good proficiency with numbers and experience in building complex business/financial models
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Expert analytical skills (especially quantitative)
- Ability to work well in a very fast-moving environment with tight schedules
- Fluency in Thai and English (both speaking and writing)
