We are looking for a Promotional Solution Sales professional whose primary responsibility will be to drive advertiser growth and recommend the most effective promotional and ad exposure strategies. This role is key to delivering impactful campaign results for clients while boosting ad revenue—a true win-win.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new advertising opportunities with potential clients and agency partners to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Help merchants grow their revenue by delivering strategic promotional and advertising solutions that drive real sales results.
- Analyze campaign performance and return on investment (ROI) to drive repeat business and improve advertising strategies.
- Plan, manage, and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities—including product and model innovations—from concept to execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in an ad network, agency, or mobile payment platform.
- Strong connections with direct advertisers and/or media agencies; excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns with attention to detail and measurable results.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to strategically leverage resources and drive both individual and team success.
- A collaborative team player who shares knowledge and contributes to collective growth.
- Quick learner capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the retail industry is a strong plus.
