This position is responsible for driving the LINE Ads go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution across SME and corporate segments, with the goal of increasing both revenue and the number of ad accounts. The role covers the full cycle of activities—from strategic planning and campaign execution to data analysis and performance review—aimed at continuously improving the GTM plan for maximum business impact.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities, define market segmentation, and conduct competitor analysis to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape
  • Develop and implement business models, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and marketing campaigns to drive LINE Ads adoptioand retain users
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively, including performing ROI analysis to evaluate the performance of each campaign
  • Lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives such as user education programs, monthly campaigns, customer success stories, and both online and offline events to boost product awareness and drive revenue growth
  • Act as the spokesperson representing LINE Ads at on-ground events
  • Identify and engage with strategic partners and channels to support new user acquisition and increase retention among existing users
  • Monitor and analyze performance data related to user acquisition, retention, and revenue, and proactively develop action plans to address key findings
  • Working closely with cross functional team, such as LINE ecosystem service team, marketing, PR, Legal, and other external partners, to ensure the plans are well-executed and delivered within the timeline
  • Validate all activities’ performance and key takeaways, then develop proactive improvement plans for the next activities
  • Mentor and support junior team members to ensure consistency in campaign quality, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance team performance and overall effectiveness

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in advertising, media planning, marketing, or business development
  • Ability to be a spokesperson and great interpersonal skills
  • Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology, and business innovations, coupled with an eagerness to continuously learn
  • Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and English, both spoken and written

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous background in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus as well as project management expertise
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, data-driven with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible team player who possesses self-initiative, leadership skills, and a can-do attitude
