F Risk Management Team is a core department dedicated to identifying and managing all potential risk scenarios that LINE's financial products and its group companies may face. In the rapidly changing fintech industry, our top priority is to protect the company's growth and provide stable, reliable services.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Fintech Risk Management and Financial Planning & Analysis role. This unique dual role will be responsible for both identifying and mitigating risks to our financial products and services, as well as providing critical business analysis and reporting to senior leadership. You will act as the "go-to" person for all risks that may affect our fintech offerings, working cross-functionally with product, legal, and corporate affairs teams to develop innovative solutions and prevent disruptions. Additionally, you will play a key role in the company's corporate planning by managing key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing our platform's business models, and preparing reports for executives.

Job Responsibilities (담당업무)

• Identify, measure, analyze, control and mitigate operational and business risks
• Lead cross-functional departments implementing contingency plans for all risks relating to LINE’s products and services
• Establish and maintain risk management policy, system and procedure
• Educate stakeholders on operational and business risk management
• Monitor regulatory changes and/or geopolitical development and flag any possible risks
• Develop and lead business planning, budget allocation, and management activities to align with corporate goals

Qualifications (자격요건)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial industry/sector mainly focused on operational risk and/or overall business risk
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of global fintech industry, including policy and regulations
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with supervision
• Flexibility for international travel and overseas work

Preferred Qualifications (우대사항)

• Fluent language skill in Japanese is a plus

근무시간 
매월 Working Day에 따라 정해지는 기준근무시간 내에서 개인이 자유롭게 일/주별 근무하는 LINE Smart 근무제를 적용합니다.
또한, 해당 기준근무시간을 초과하여 근무할 경우 별도의 연장근무수당을 지급합니다.
