Product managers do whatever it takes to amplify their product’s impact on the customer experience and business. They immerse themselves in research, feedback, data discussion, and the market. They craft thoughtful, inspiring narratives for where the product should go – and define the best path (strategic plan) to get there.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product vision, business objectives, and execution strategies for the local (TH) market to maximize business impact
- Clearly articulate the business value to the product team (global team) so that they understand the intent behind a new product or an enhancement to an existing product
- Be an expert who deeply understands your product
- Analyse market and competitive conditions to make sure that your product is differentiated and delivers unique value based on local (TH) customer demands
- Translate product strategy into execution plan
- Define the product release plan
- Develop and create ideas that will deliver value to users and customers
- Ensure that feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development process
- Communicate the status of ideas or feedback back to the internal team who submitted them
- Prioritise features by ranking them against the product's strategic goals and initiatives
- Trade off decisions based on the values that new features will deliver to your customers and the business
- Lay out well-researched trade-offs, set timetables, and structure great discussions (rarely make a call)
- Balance quality with demands of time and scope
- Define and track the key metrics that matter, and align the whole organization around products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, business, advertising, marketing, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of working experience in product management, product positioning and forecasting, or consultancy in these fields
- Effective communication skills in Thai and English to facilitate the smooth conveyance of information to cross-functional teams
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating acquired information with various analytic tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising business
- Experience managing multiple product backlogs and facilitating prioritization discussions with a diverse group of stakeholders
