Marketing Manager / Senior Manager (LINE GIFT)

We are looking for a highly strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the growth of LINE GIFT in Thailand, with a strong emphasis on expanding the premium and luxury gifting segment. This role requires a visionary marketer who can seamlessly combine high-level strategy with hands-on execution to elevate LINE GIFT’s market presence, particularly among ultra-luxury and high-value brand partners.
As part of a fast-growing and dynamic digital gifting business transforming the e-commerce space, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape how users discover and engage with premium gifts on LINE. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top-tier brands, while crafting high-impact marketing campaigns and long-term gifting strategies that define the future of digital gifting in Thailand. The role offers end-to-end ownership—from strategic planning to campaign execution—and cross-functional collaboration that will provide deep insight into both business development and marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Marketing Communication & Consumer Engagement:
- Develop and execute a year-round marketing calendar tailored to LINE GIFT, leveraging seasonal trends, user insights, and merchant plans
- Lead all consumer-facing communications for LINE GIFT campaigns, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, messaging, and brand alignment
- Collaborate with the Brand Communications team to amplify key campaigns and enhance platform visibility across LINE channels and beyond
Sales-driven Campaign Execution:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at driving GMV in alignment with monthly and seasonal business goals
- Partner with the Business Development (BD) team to execute co-marketing activities with merchants
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance and identify real-time optimization opportunities
- Conduct A/B testing, segmentation, and performance reviews to inform and refine future campaign strategies
Cross-functional Project Leadership:
- Act as the marketing project lead for all LINE GIFT campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across functions
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Define, measure, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., GMV, conversion rate, CTR, engagement)
- Produce comprehensive post-campaign reports with actionable insights
- Communicate campaign performance and learnings regularly with key internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus.)
- At least 7–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or consumer-focused industries
- Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing projects and teams
- Strong strategic thinking skills to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including A/B testing, customer segmentation, and campaign ROI measurement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft clear, engaging consumer-facing content
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders, including business development, design, analytics, and branding
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
