The Business Development (BD) team is responsible for creating business opportunities and driving revenue growth for LINE Pay.
We are looking for a passionate and strategic professional who can transform opportunities into reality, especially in the financial sector. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in credit card transaction growth, financial product planning, and be eager to accelerate our expansion with creativity and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Make ideas to drive traffic thus increasing revenue for LINE Pay Financial Platform
• Develop new business with strategic partners, mainly focus on financial industry
• Analyze business performance, make ideas to enhance service and increase revenue
• Identify market trend and develop service requirements with well understanding of users and partners needs
• Liaise with cross-functional teams among multi-countries and lead communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Project management and regular service maintenance
• Persuade existing partners to expand LINE Pay new service
• Identify and close opportunities across potential new partners to achieve sales targets/company goals

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fintech industry, banks, or payment-related company
• Familiar with Mobile App service
• Understanding of financial industry, especially fintech and future development trends
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside the company
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Innovative and passionate about the internet, mobile payment, financial technology and LINE Pay
• Good working attitude and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a flexible and dynamic manner under fast-changing working environment, especially the Company is rapidly growing
• Confident in business presentation to audiences including seniors and cooperating partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
