Position Description :

We are seeking an experienced SMB Business Lead to drive our LINE Biz-solution initiatives, focusing on SMB market such as retail, F&B, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a SMB Sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Strategic Market Development: Define and implement effective market strategies, including innovative marketing and sales approaches, to meet the needs of SMB clients and drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation and Performance Goals: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand our customer base while setting and achieving ambitious sales and performance targets.
  • Customer Retention and Churn Prevention: Design and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and prevent churn, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and metrics to monitor performance and user engagement, informing strategic decisions and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, B2B Marketing, and the GTM team to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting targets. Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape, particularly in SMB market.
