Position Summary

As part of our mission to “Create an amazing life platform that brings WOW! to our users”, LINE aims to enrich users’ lives at every moment. The LINE Service team focuses on enhancing the Smart Channel and Wallet Tab to meet evolving user needs in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans and business roadmaps for LINE Service (Smart Channel and Wallet Tab) to drive service growth and product improvement
  • Monitor service performance and identify initiatives to improve both revenue and non-revenue performance metrics
  • Conduct market and data analysis to identify business development, partnership, or new service opportunities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (KR/JP/TH Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and effective implementation of initiatives
  • Communicate changes, updates, and project progress clearly to all relevant stakeholders
  • Track initiative progress and ensure completion according to service priorities and critical timelines
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify improvement areas or support data-driven decision-making
  • Execute both strategic and operational tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach to project ownership

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, product management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the Thai market with a passion for content, advertising trends, and user engagement
  • Ability to apply market insights and analytical thinking to develop actionable product and business strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams to align business goals and drive results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a self-driven, growth-oriented, and results-focused mindset
  • Professional proficiency in Thai and English

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational company
  • Background related to technology or digital platforms
  • Professional proficiency in Japanese or Korean
