Department: PMO & Strategy

 

As the PMO & Product Strategy Manager / Senior Manager (Product / Technology Platform), you will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and delivery of LINE Thailand’s product and technology initiatives. This role bridges product management, technology execution, and business alignment — ensuring that key product platforms are efficiently developed, strategically prioritized, and deliver measurable value.

You will work closely with Product Leads, Engineering Leads and cross-functional business teams to define product roadmaps, manage execution timelines, and ensure alignment across local and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background (engineering or computer science) with a strategic mindset and project leadership experience.

 

Responsibilities

 Product Strategy

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to define the overall product and technology platform strategy for LINE Thailand
• Manage the product portfolio across multiple technology platforms, ensuring clear prioritization, alignment with business goals, and measurable KPIs
• Identify opportunities for product innovation, platform scalability, and technical improvement
• Translate business objectives into actionable product and technical roadmaps
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to guide product direction and prioritization decisions

End-to-End Project Management

• Oversee end-to-end product development — from concept to launch — ensuring timelines, quality, and dependencies are well managed
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to plan and manage project resources, delivery timelines, and capacity allocation, balancing priorities across multiple initiatives
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers
• Define and monitor program-level KPIs to evaluate delivery efficiency and product performance
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams
• Resolve bottlenecks across system architecture, dependencies, and integration points through close collaboration with technical teams

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

• Act as the central coordination point between business stakeholders & product/tech teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to align resource plans and delivery timelines with overall product and organizational priorities
• Facilitate alignment between local teams and HQ counterparts to ensure cohesive platform development across regions

 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in product management, technology project leadership, management consulting, or related fields
• Proven track record of managing large-scale product development initiatives
• Strong understanding of product development processes, software engineering concepts, and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business narratives
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive strategic recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage diverse cross-functional teams
• Fluency in Thai and English (both speaking and writing)

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology platform or digital product environment
