We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the local development and optimization of the LINE Home for Thailand. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-country product teams, and work closely with local business units to create the best user experience that also drives business growth.
This role requires a mix of strategic vision, user-centric thinking, and data-driven decision-making — ideal for someone who enjoys working across business, technology, and design.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and own the product roadmap for the LINE Home in LINE Thailand.
- Define product goals, success metrics, and milestones that align with Thailand's business and user needs.
- Identify new opportunities, features, or improvements to enhance engagement and value for Thai users.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality releases.
- Manage product lifecycle - from discovery and design to launch and optimization.
Data-Driven Product Management
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and service health.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure proper tracking, analytics setup, and dashboarding.
- Utilize data insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and refine the product roadmap.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus - to enable independent data exploration and validation.
Cross-Market Alignment
- Collaborate with JP/KR/TW product management teams to align Thailand's roadmap with LINE's global direction.
- Advocate for Thailand's business and user perspectives in cross-country product planning and prioritization.
Local Business Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Development, Partnership Management, and Content Operations teams to ensure product initiatives support local business goals.
- Translate local market insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (master’s degree a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer internet, content, or mobile app businesses.
- Strong understanding of user engagement, content discovery, and feed-based product experiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-country environments.
- Analytical mindset with basic data management and measurement skills; SQL experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English ( Korean and Japanese is a plus )
- Passionate about building digital products that resonate with Thai users.
- AI applications experience/knowledge and content feed structuring or solution design will be a strong advantage.
