Position Summary
The Event Project Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, creative development, and seamless execution of high-impact events for LINE for Business. This role plays a key part in elevating brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting business growth through well-designed event experiences that reflect our mission to “Create an amazing life platform that brings WOW! to our users.”

 

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, development, and execution of key events for LINE for Business including BOOTCAMP DAY, LINE Thailand Awards, and partnership events such as UPSKILL SME
• Translate business objectives into impactful event strategies that strengthen brand positioning and business growth
• Oversee concept development, budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution, and post-event evaluation
• Manage creation of event materials and communication assets to ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless event delivery
• Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and identify potential risks for proactive mitigation
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance event experience, attendee engagement, and performance metrics

 

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in end-to-end event management, ideally within B2B or tech-driven environments
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale hybrid (online/offline) events with measurable business results
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge of event technologies, vendor management, and production workflows
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and strategic mindset to drive impactful event outcomes
