Marketing Campaign & Media Strategy Manager / Senior Manager (LINE Official Account)

This position serves as a key driver to accelerate the growth of LINE Official Account and related products (e.g., MyShop, MyCustomer / CRM, etc.) through strategic communication and campaign planning to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue KPIs. The role also oversees monthly performance campaigns for OA, MyShop, and MyCustomer / CRM.
This position requires a visionary who can combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution to strengthen the business performance of OA, MyShop, and MyCustomer / CRM. The role collaborates closely with internal and cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Event, Marketing and Communications, Finance, PIA, CC, and Product to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Fully understand the market landscape and LINE for Business solutions (LINE Official Account, MyShop, MyCustomer / CRM, etc.)
- Identify business opportunities and formulate strategic plans for LINE Official Account and related products
- Collaborate with Product teams to define action plans, key tasks, and measurable goals based on business strategies
- Ensure smooth execution of strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
- Track, monitor, and evaluate campaign and communication performance to ensure effectiveness and optimization
- Collaborate with the Research team to conduct market analysis and apply insights to refine business strategies
- Develop and align media strategy and budget allocation with the Media Performance team to maximize ROI
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Head of Commercial and Head of LINE Official Account
- Collaborate with all related teams to ensure objectives and deliverables are achieved
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in e-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with a strong understanding of e-Commerce, digital marketing, advertising, technology, and digital platforms
- Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies, business needs, and challenges, design effective solutions, and communicate them to customers and markets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially in data visualization using pivot tables and graphs), PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Highly motivated, proactive, and genuinely curious about how things work
- Strong organizational, analytical, and delivery skills with attention to detail and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work under tight timelines with flexible hours (occasional after-hours support may be required)
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities effectively
- 5+ years of experience working in or managing an SME e-Commerce business
