As an ECAC QA TECH FRESH, you will:

  • Integrate AI and Automation into QA Development

    • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) to improve development efficiency.

    • Apply AI-based testing (e.g., auto test case generation, anomaly detection in logs).

    • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated regression and performance testing.

  • Enhance Infrastructure and Developer Experience

    • Research and develop CI/CD improvements, integrating AI-driven testing solutions.

    • Automate API testing and create reusable test scripts or frameworks.

    • Implement AI-assisted monitoring to identify performance bottlenecks.

  • Faster Collaboration and Continuous Learning

    • Collaborate with mentors in biweekly sprint reviews.

    • Track all work via Jira and contribute to the team wiki documentation.

    • Present progress, share learnings, and participate in technical demos.

  • Work Focus Breakdown:
    • Infrastructure (CI/CD, AI integration): 50%

    • Automation (API testing, script development): 40%

    • Performance (load testing, optimization): 10%
