Ad Operation Executive

HK Corporation Business team supports the global LINE business with a particular focus on ad monetization across the Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Korea markets. We collaborate closely with the regional team to implement advertising strategies, manage ad operations, review performance, and execute effective sales and ad production optimization plans.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take initiative and play a supportive role to support on LINE’s overall business growth, report to the manager
  • Support the team with ad operations and billing processes
  • Track, evaluate, and optimize ad performance
  • Prepare and deliver KPI reports for management and key stakeholders
  • Follow up with internal and external parties for any programmatic partnerships with ad network partners, SSPs, and DSPs

 

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Must have 2 years+ of relevant work experience on Google ad operations
  • Proven ability to collaborate with regional teams and proactively drive project success 
  • Independent, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess expertise in digital advertising and programmatic sales
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Ad Manager is highly desirable
  • Strong ability to prepare detailed reports and efficiently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Immediate availability is strongly preferred

  • Consider as a Senior ad operation executive if more job experience
  • The contract type of this position is 1-Year-Fixed-Term Contract (Renewable based on performance and business needs).
  • This position applies three months of probation period and this period can be extended based on the performance review.
