Senior Product Manager_AI Product
We are seeking an innovative and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to join LINE Taiwan’s AI Product Team.
In this role, you will participate in the strategic planning and service design of AI-related products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore innovative applications of Generative AI and AI Agents in the travel and lifestyle domains.
We are looking for a product leader who combines strong product sense, data-driven insights, and an agile mindset to build AI-powered experiences that truly enhance user satisfaction and drive sustainable growth.
Basic Competency Requirements
Product Strategy and Planning

Develop product strategies aligned with the company’s AI product direction, market demands, and user needs.

Write and maintain PRDs, plan product roadmaps, and clearly define MVP scopes and development milestones.

Continuously track market trends and user behaviors to adjust priorities accordingly.
Market and User Understanding

Conduct user research and competitive analysis, transforming insights into actionable product opportunities.

Understand consumer needs and decision-making behaviors, particularly within travel and lifestyle services.

Data Analysis & KPI Management

Define and track key product metrics such as retention rate, CTR, and conversion rate.

Plan and execute growth strategies across the full user lifecycle (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Referral).

Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to design experiments that increase user engagement and revisit rates.

AI Technical Understanding

Understand the applications and limitations of generative AI, recommendation systems, and voice or semantic models.

Qualifications
-
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO) in internet services or software product development; experience in consumer-facing (2C) products is preferred.
Candidates with additional experience in engineering, design, or project management are highly valued. -
Experience in AI product development or integration is a strong plus.

Proficient in Agile development processes, with hands-on experience in cross-border collaboration.

Strong product architecture skills and user empathy.

Familiar with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, and GA4, or other equivalent product management platforms.

Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English; Japanese or Korean language ability is a plus.
Working Conditions
