Responsibilities

• Design and deliver developer-facing policies, technical guidelines, and ecosystem best practices
• Manage ecosystem enablement initiatives to enhance developer participation and partner engagement
• Work closely with global product, engineering, marketing, and tech partner teams to drive ecosystem innovation and ensure high developer satisfaction
• Provide support for platform API, SDK, and documentation improvements to streamline developer integration
• Analyze ecosystem metrics and partner feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in developer relations, ecosystem management, or partner operations within internet or platform-based companies
• Deep understanding of API-based products, developer communities, and open-platform ecosystems
• Passionate about building strong partnerships and enabling developer success through scalable programs
• Strong interpersonal skills, well-organized, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English
