Team: Commercial Product Management

 

Responsibilities

• Manage continuous development of domain-specific products and services, focusing on local product development while integrating with LINE Thailand's platform and other services
• Define business objectives, technical constraints, and development resources to create product roadmaps that align with LINE Thailand's product vision and strategy
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including business, development, operations, design, and various stakeholders) to design and deliver product features as timely and effectively as possible
• Lead local product development initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with platform services and other domain products
• Conduct user research and usability studies alongside UX research to identify needs and insights to continually enhance our products
• Understand and analyze data from various sources, interpret and identify product opportunities, and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with platform teams to ensure smooth integration and interoperability between domain products and shared services
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to solve any obstacles and streamline processes for product releases

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of Agile Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully bringing agile products and services to the market
• Experience in writing technical documents
• Good understanding of the end-to-end web and mobile application development lifecycle
• Experience in product design in collaboration with UI/UX team
• Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Eagerness to learn new things
• Coding skills or experience in data analysis is a plus
• Experience working with platform services and cross-domain collaboration is highly desirable
