Platform Growth Coordinator (WEBTOON CANVAS) - (1-year contract)
WEBTOON CANVAS is a user-generated content platform that empowers creators to share their stories with a global audience. This role supports the daily operations and growth of the CANVAS platform by ensuring smooth content delivery, effective creator communication, and close collaboration with global stakeholders. The position plays a key role in maintaining platform quality and enabling a positive experience for both creators and readers, aligned with LINE’s mission to create an amazing life platform that brings WOW! to our users.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain content management and scheduling tools for events, content releases, and feature rollouts
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of platform updates and promotional activities
- Enforce brand safety guidelines and content policies across all published assets and series
- Coordinate with Trust & Safety and Legal teams on compliance-related matters
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on platform feature announcements
- Draft, localize, review, and schedule creator communications, including notices, newsletters, and social content
- Monitor global and regional trends to support content ideas for WEBTOON CANVAS social channels
- Support planning and execution of creator-focused and educational virtual events
- Act as an operational liaison between local and global teams across multiple time zones
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, arts, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, content planning, publishing, or platform operations
- Experience working with content management systems or scheduling tools in a platform or publishing environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
- Ability to write and edit clear user-facing content for digital platforms
- Strong proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, and MS Excel
- Experience using creative or design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator
- Knowledge of user retention or monetization strategies such as lifecycle management or CRM
- Familiarity with basic data analysis or generating operational performance reports
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools
- Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Professional proficiency in Thai and English
