Responsibility
-
Core Backend Development & AI Integration:
-
Design and develop robust backend components for the OA Plus platform, focusing on high-impact features such as AI-driven solutions, Audience segmentation, and DX (Developer Experience) tools.

Implement and optimize AI-related services to enhance the intelligent capabilities of LINE Official Accounts.

Modern Infrastructure & DevOps:
-
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and automated code deployment.

Implement DevOps best practices (e.g., monitoring, logging, and containerization) to enhance system reliability and development efficiency.

Scalable Service Architecture:
-
Develop and refine E-commerce components (e.g., OA Shop) and integration layers that support massive traffic and cross-platform synergy.

Create clean, maintainable, and well-documented APIs for both internal ecosystems and third-party integrations.

Global Collaborative Engineering:
-
Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle within a global engineering environment, collaborating with cross-border teams to align on technical standards and product roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications
-
Academic Background: Currently pursuing or holding a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related technical field.

Problem-Solving Mindset: A strong passion for tackling complex real-world challenges and the analytical ability to break down problems into scalable solutions.

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Proficiency in at least one OOP language, with a strong preference for Java.

Software Engineering Fundamentals: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental design patterns.

Learning Agility: A fast learner who can quickly adapt to new frameworks and tools in a fast-paced Scrum/Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Modern Java Stack: Experience with Spring Boot and building RESTful API.

Infrastructure & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI and ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployment.

Data Management: Knowledge of Relational Databases and experience with ORM tools like Hibernate.

Network & Security: Basic understanding of web security, networking protocols, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
-
Collaboration: Experience working in a team environment using Git (Branching, Pull Requests, Code Reviews).
Working Period: 2026/07-2027/05, at least 3 days a week, student identify required.
