LINE Pay User Growth Team, part of the Growth Marketing team, is looking for a Business Analyst with excellent business sense, outstanding analytical skill, good communication ability, and rich experiences to leverage first-party big data.

As a Business Analyst in the User Growth Team, you will not only analyze user behavior, but also design growth experiments, build performance tracking frameworks, and explore AI applications to accelerate user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven decision-making for user growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
• Design and evaluate structured A/B experiments to improve user conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with Transaction/Product teams to identify growth opportunities and quantify impact.
• Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies, not just dashboards.
• Work closely with Pay AI team to explore application of AI-based models for user growth acceleration.
• Establish structured growth tracking frameworks and continuously refine KPIs.

 

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Business Analysis, Growth, or Data Analytics.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to connect data insights to growth outcomes.
• Solid SQL experience with modern data stacks. Ability to leverage Python for data manipulation and visualization is a plus.
• Experience in designing and evaluating A/B tests for user growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with user segmentation, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis.
• Interest in AI applications, predictive modeling, or automation in marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English. Korean fluency is a plus.
