【Key Responsibilities】
- Business Operations & System Management
- ERP System Management: Manage end-to-end inventory and sales processes within the ERP system (SAP), including uploading sales data across various channels, maintaining price master data, and performing billing reconciliations.
- Procurement & Cost Analysis: Execute purchase orders (PO), conduct gross margin analysis, and prepare price quotations while managing internal approval workflows for procurement.
- Master Data Maintenance: Maintain vendor and product master records to ensure all system information aligns with business contracts and internal codes.
- Import Operations & Supply Chain Management
- Import Procedures: Manage the full import clearance process, including the preparation of trade documents (e.g., CI/PL) and tracking shipment status and logistics timelines.
- Regulatory Compliance & Inspection: Execute import inspection procedures and apply for relevant certificates (e.g., for toys, food containers, textiles) in accordance with local regulations.
- Labeling Management: Oversee the creation and application of Chinese product labels to ensure full compliance with domestic retail laws.
- Third-Party Logistics (3PL): Coordinate with 3PL providers for warehousing operations, including inbound/outbound management and monthly storage/transportation fee settlements.
- E-commerce Operations & Financial Settlement
- Platform Administration: Manage administrative tasks for branded e-commerce channels, covering order fulfillment, return tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular settlements for platform-related costs, including transaction fees, service charges, and sales revenue sharing.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile operational reports and conduct sales forecasting and inventory analysis to optimize overall business efficiency.
【Requirements】
- System Proficiency: Previous experience operating ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or equivalent enterprise software is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with international trade practices, customs clearance procedures, and domestic product inspection standards.
- Data Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data consolidation, financial reconciliation, and managing high-volume reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to independently coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
