Team/Position Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through LINE’s marketing and MarTech solutions, including LINE Ads and LINE API.

This role focuses on the retail and e-commerce sectors, requiring strong capabilities in enterprise sales and consultative selling. You will work with advertisers and agencies to leverage LINE’s ecosystem to achieve key business outcomes such as user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

You will partner with leading brands and agencies to deliver innovative marketing solutions in a fast-growing digital and AI-driven landscape.

 

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets by building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Drive adoption of LINE’s marketing solutions (Official Account, API, LINE Ads Platform) by aligning offerings with client business goals.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, translating client needs into data-driven marketing and MarTech solutions.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and workshops to articulate business value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers and agency partners to drive long-term business growth.
  • Identify and close high-value opportunities across enterprise clients and agencies.
  • Execute and refine sales strategies based on market insights, performance data, and industry trends.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in advertising sales or solution sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in the Retail or e-commerce industry, with a solid understanding of digital marketing, customer journey, and conversion strategies.
  • Proven ability in consultative or solution-based selling, with experience managing enterprise-level clients or agency partnerships
  • Experience applying AI tools to enhance sales productivity, campaign optimization, or customer insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills with a strong client-facing mindset.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken contexts, including presentations and business discussions.
