Product Strategy & Planning
- Develop product strategies aligned with the company’s product direction, local market needs, and user expectations.
- Define product requirements and maintain PRDs, working closely with HQ product teams to shape product roadmaps, priorities, and milestones.
- Continuously monitor market trends, user behavior, and product performance to identify opportunities and adjust priorities accordingly.
- Represent Taiwan market needs and provide actionable local insights to support global product development.
Market & User Understanding
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and translate insights into actionable product opportunities.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Apply appropriate research and experimentation methods, such as surveys, user interviews, bucket tests, and A/B tests, to validate hypotheses and product decisions.
Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, Security, Legal, Customer Service, and other business and operational teams, to drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Communicate product requirements, priorities, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across teams and regions.
- Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
- Lead cross-functional discussions and deliver clear presentations, proposals, and reports to align stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
Project Management
- Manage product initiatives throughout the development lifecycle, from planning and requirements definition to launch and post-release evaluation.
- Effectively manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and risks across multiple projects.
- Track project progress, identify issues early, and adapt plans quickly in response to changing priorities or circumstances.
Data Analysis & KPI Management
- Define, monitor, and evaluate key product metrics and success criteria.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and other quantitative methods to make data-informed product decisions and continuously optimize the user experience.

AI & Technology Understanding
- Understand the fundamentals of generative AI and explore practical ways to apply AI to product management, product development, and operational workflows.
- Stay up to date on emerging AI applications and industry trends, particularly in fraud prevention and user protection, and translate relevant developments into product opportunities.
- Demonstrate curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and evaluate emerging technologies.

- Balance user value, product quality, technical feasibility, and business outcomes when making product decisions.

Information Security & Privacy Awareness
- Understand fundamental principles of personal data protection, privacy, authentication, and authorization, and identify potential risks during product design.
- Work closely with Legal, Security, and relevant stakeholders to ensure products meet applicable compliance, privacy, and security standards.
- Incorporate user safety and security considerations into product decisions from the early stages of development.
Communication & Influence
- Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills to align cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, including teams without direct reporting relationships.
- Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and differing stakeholder perspectives with clarity and sound judgment.
- Communicate effectively and make informed decisions in fast-changing environments with limited supervision.
