We are looking for a QA / Quality Engineering Intern to join LINE Taiwan's ECAC QA team.

You will work on real LINE Shopping quality challenges, from understanding requirements and validating APIs to building automated regression tests and improving CI-based feedback. With mentorship from experienced QA and software engineers, you will also explore how AI-assisted tools can make test design and quality analysis more effective while learning to independently verify generated results.

 

Responsibility

• Analyze feature requirements, design risk-based test scenarios and execute functional, integration and regression testing.
• Build and maintain Playwright UI and API automated tests; improve test reliability and maintainability.
• Maintain existing Cypress / Playwright / BDD automation suites, including smoke coverage and flaky-test troubleshooting.
• Help integrate smoke/regression tests with GitHub Actions and test reports.
• Support CI/CD pipeline maintenance and, where needed, migration work involving GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Global Jenkins.
• Assist with scheduler, monitoring and internal QA test-tool maintenance.
• Prepare safe, repeatable test data and investigate failures using logs, API responses and monitoring tools.
• Explore AI-assisted QA workflows, validate generated tests and document their limitations.
• Explore AI-assisted debugging and test-failure analysis, including reporting pipelines and human review.
• Collaborate with QA, FE, BE, PM and other stakeholders in agile sprints; present demos and record results in Jira/Confluence.

 

Qualifications

 

Working Period: 2027/03-2028/02, at least 3 days a week, student identify required.
