Responsibilities 

  • Work in a team to ensure quality of products and services across client-side and server-side technologies
  • Conduct requirement analysis, infrastructure planning and test planning with team members (Developers, Technical Project Manager, Site Reliability Engineer and Product Owner)
  • Understand business value and software architecture to create appropriate test strategy and test plan
  • Design, write, execute and revise detailed test cases
  • Validate tests across the full test spectrum of functional and cross-functional tests
  • Analyze test results and defects during execution with detailed and useful information
  • Collaborate with different teams across projects to make sure that quality is embedded in both processes and technologies
  • Define project sign-off criteria and release process
  • Identify and determine causes of quality issues, drive corrective actions and take preventive actions accordingly
  • Take ownership of product quality strategy
  • Take on the role of a quality advocate to build quality mindset and culture
  • Adapt to the fast-changing and evolving startup environment

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical fields or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in quality assurance and software testing
  • Ability to apply testing techniques according to the type of systems or services
  • Experience with least one automated test framework or tool
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and working methods
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High motivation, proactiveness and enthusiasm
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work and manage well under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with modern web applications
  • Experience with test case management tools
  • Experience with Cypress, Playwright or any API testing framework
  • Experience in non-functional testing
  • Familiarity with testing in CI/CD pipeline
  • Good understanding of LINE ecosystems
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting
