We are seeking a passionate and skilled Tech Evangelist to join our LINE Taiwan team. This role is crucial in supporting our Developer Relations initiatives and driving AI technology applications. About the Team

The Developer Relations team (DevRel) is responsible for both internal and external technical communications. We partner with engineering experts, the marketing team, the communications team, and the HR team to enhance LINE's technical branding. The team works closely with the CTO and key stakeholders within the LY Corporation worldwide.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the DevRel team to plan and execute developer community events throughout the year.
  • Promote LINE platform technologies and engage with talent through various activities.
  • Support the TechFresh program, including recruitment, education, and mentorship.
  • Contribute to internal engineering education and training programs.
  • Organize and participate in company-wide hackathons and technical events.
  • Facilitate cross-national technical exchanges and collaborations with headquarters.
  • Assist in driving internal AI technology research and application projects.
  • Flexibly allocate time between DevRel routine tasks and AI application projects to ensure each area receives adequate attention and support.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or related roles.
  • Experience in AI project development and implementation.
  • Familiarity with LINE platform technologies and services.
  • Experience working in a global team environment.
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies and development practices.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
