Responsibilities
- 維護與投資人及股東間的良好溝通關係
- 規劃並執行定期業績發表及投資人會議相關準備工作
- 撰寫並發布IR相關資料，包含法說會簡報
- 重要投資人、分析師關係之建立與維護
- 制定 IR 相關策略並管理公開資訊
- 分析企業價值並撰寫相關報告
- 追蹤資本市場動態，分析同業競爭狀況及法人持股變動
- 其他主管交辦事項
Qualifications
- 畢業於財金及商管相關科系尤佳
- 具備2年以上上市櫃公司相關經驗
- 具備優秀的財務分析及證券市場分析能力
- 具備良好的內外部溝通能力
- 精通英文(為與海外投資人順暢溝通)
- 具備券商、資產管理公司、會計事務所工作經驗尤佳
Responsibilities
- Manage effective communication with investors and shareholders.
- Prepare and organize regular earnings calls and investor meetings.
- Draft and present IR materials, including presentation decks.
- Build and maintain relationships with key investors and analysts.
- Develop IR strategies and support corporate disclosures.
- Conduct corporate valuation analysis and draft related reports.
- Monitor capital market trends, analyze competitive dynamics, and track institutional shareholding changes.
- Assist team lead with projects and ad hoc assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations within TWSE/TPEx-listed companies is a must.
- Excellent financial analysis and stock market analysis capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and external engagement skills.
- Proficiency in English (essential for international investors communication).
- Prior experience in securities firms, asset management companies, or accounting firms is an advantage.
