Marketing Strategy Senior Manager / Head Level (LINE Official Account)

This position will work as a key driver to drive the growth of LINE Official Account and related products (e.g., MyShop, MyCustomer l CRM, etc.). In this role, you will lead, coach, and work closely with the team to ensure all marketing activities are well-planned and perfectly executed every month to achieve revenue KPI.
This role demands a person with strategic thinking and creativity, who can seamlessly integrate strategic foresight with hands-on execution to fortify Official Account, MyShop, and MyCustomer | CRM and generate positive ROI. You will collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams such as LINE Ads, legal, compliance, event, marketing and communications, finance, privacy, customer care, and product team on releasing each campaign effectively as planned.
Responsibilities
- Fully understand SME market and LINE for Business solutions such as LINE Official Account, MyShop, MyCustomer|CRM, LINE Ads, and keep researching and gathering insights from SME as well as consumer trends
- Data/Performance analysis
- Identify business opportunities in order to define marketing strategies as well as end-to-end execution plans to achieve the revenue target with positive ROI
- Lead and coach the team to grow with a passion and a can-do attitude
- Work closely with product marketing teams to fully understand product value proposition and key benefits to the market to ensure each campaign and communication plan is well adopted
- Define go-to-market strategies throughout the year with performance feasibility and validation plans
- Initiate B2B and B2C marketing campaign, communication plan, activities throughout the year to build user and consumer awareness on key benefits, usage, and subscription
- Marketing Budget Management
- Work and manage closely with all supporting teams (finance, legal, procurement, compliance, PR, media planning, ) to ensure the action is on plan without delay
- Work closely with the research team if required to conduct market research to understand the current trends and apply them to refine business marketing strategies and action plans
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience with a solid understanding of online business, digital marketing, advertising, technology, and the SME market
- 5+ years of experience in team management
- Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies, business needs and challenges, design solutions, and effectively communicate to customers and markets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (especially on data visualization with pivot tables and graphs), PowerPoint, Canva, and Keynote
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated and full of initiative, with genuine curiosity about how things work.
- Ability to respond and work under tight timelines
- Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and delivery skills, as well as a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an SME or in an e-commerce business
