[Responsibilities]

• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze company performance and financial forecasts; create management reports on P&L and key operational indicators.
• Information Integration: Work with operations and finance departments to gather information and stay updated on business developments.
• Investment Evaluation: Assist with tasks related to the assessment of the company’s strategic investments.
• IR Assistance: Help prepare materials for investor briefings, press releases, and Q&A sessions; support communication with investors.
• Issue Management: Organize and summarize key topics concerning management and investors for internal use.
• Industry Tracking: Monitor industry news and market financial data, and summarize key observations.
  
  

 

[Qualifications]

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, equity research, or business analysis.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Equity research analyst (buy-side or sell-side)
• Big 4 accounting firms with exposure to analysis or industry research
• In-house FP&A or business analysis roles
• Exposure to investor relations or earnings call preparation is a plus

 

Core Skills / 核心能力

• Solid understanding of financial statements, with the ability to perform basic analysis and interpret trends.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure and summarize information effectively.
• Interest in data and business topics, with willingness to learn and develop analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with advanced tools is a plus.
