Team/Position Description

LINE is seeking a data-driven Senior Performance Consulting Manager to drive revenue growth for LE Key Accounts through customized analysis, performance diagnosis, and strategic recommendations across LAP advertising & Official Account solution. This role serves as a consultative partner to Sales and requires strong business understanding, analytical capability, and client-facing communication skills.

The role requires strong business understanding, analytical capability, and client-facing communication skills to support large Key Accounts with high business impact. Beyond day-to-day consulting support, this position is also expected to strengthen scalable consulting capabilities by standardizing best practices and enabling future AI-supported workflows where applicable.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic consulting partner to Sales for LE Key Accounts, supporting account growth and revenue development through data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends and advertising performance; conduct regular analysis and deliver strategic insights to guide decision-making.
  • Validate, organize, and maintain advertising data and customized reports with high accuracy before distribution.
  • Lead external presentations and client-facing communications, effectively translating data insights into clear recommendations.
  • Independently conduct data analysis and translate analytical findings into clear presentation materials and actionable recommendations for external clients.

 

Qualifications

Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, research, consulting, or related roles in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and work effectively across teams.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with strong market awareness and trend interpretation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with analysis tools such as Excel (advanced formulas/functions), BI tools, or similar tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation. 

Preferred

  • Prior experience in media platforms, media agencies or consulting roles.
  • Knowledge of digital media KPIs, campaign measurement, and operational workflows.
  • Experience in analysis framework design or AI-enabled workflow improvement is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
